Nunley/Harding Wedding

Last weekend we went to Emily and Josh's wedding in Dallas. It was a beautiful church, I didn't get great pictures of it.... but oh well! We got there really late, so we sat at the back on the groom's side.... oops! Anyways, it was a beautiful wedding then we headed to the reception down the road from the church. When we got there, not many people had shown up yet, so we got to walk around and look at everything It was a really pretty place. It was really big too, I'm surprised I didn't get lost! It was just room after room of tables and food.

Since we were going to be in Dallas, we made plans to eat dinner with Austin's friend Sebastian! It was good to see him and spend a little time in his neck of the woods! We ate at this AMAZING resturant. It was soo good. It was called Babe's Family Chicken House. YUM!

Wedding Weekend

I am worn out from yesterday! I had a busy day, more busy then the other days this week! It started by Austin and I waking up around 9. We both got ready and left the house at 9:45... him to work and me over to Avery's house. Arielle and Austin were coming to town, Arielle to get her hair done and Austin for moral support. They arrived right before I got to the house and they were already playing with Gwynn. Blah Blah Arielle got her hair done and we chatted. Then it was time for lunch, YUM! We headed to Freebirds and it was so delicious! After lunch, we walked around the outlet mall for like 2 hours! Good exercise.... after that, we parted our ways. I came home..... Layed out for an hour... then pulled weeds for the next couple of hours until Austin got home from work!!!!! But our yard, for today, is looking much better. I have WAY more to do today, but I can get it done.......

So yes, today on my list of things to..... Lay out in the sun...... and finish pulling weeds! Tomorrow we are Dallas bound. One of my kappa roomates is getting married and I am so excited to get to go!!!!! I will post pictures when I get back!

Happy Easter!

We had a great Easter this year! We missed Johnny, Austin, HB and Lynnsay though..... We started all the fun festivities around noon on Saturday. We dyed eggs, opened Easter presents, hunted eggs, then had a delicious lunch! After that, we celebrated Papaw's birthday which was on Monday (Happy Birthday Papaw!) and just spent time together! It really was fun, and I LOVE spending time with my wonderful family. I hope everyone had a great Easter! Remember the reason for Easter, its the most important part! Speaking of that, on Saturday night we went to the Easter service at TBC. Austin left after work to make it to church with us! We ate at BJs after and it was YUMMY!

Cali Mae and Baumer playing!!!! They were so funny... Cali would bark and bark at Baumer and then he would start to move (of course he couldn't go far, he was chained up!) and she would freak out! Thats why I just HAD to video them!

Yard work....

Why didn't anyone tell me how hard taking care of your lawn would be??? And not to mention expensive!!!!!! We have a horrible yard.. its full of weeds, all different kinds of weeds! We've tried pulling them and they just come back worse. We went to The Home Depot to get some fertilizer and ant killer! We ended up having to buy a spreader thing for the fertilizer, but it is super cute and little so it is awesome!!!! We also decided since we didn't want to have to borrow other people's lawn mowers to buy one! Happy Easter to Austin! He has already mowed the grass too! He is very excited about it! On Tuesday, Austin mowed the back while I ferlilized and watered the front grass. Today I did the back yard! I hope we have some BEAUTIFUL grass soon! It has just been so pretty outside and I just want to play in the yard..... a yard with grass and not weeds.... Mia has a VERY hard time finding her ball in those things!

Since we officially own the Jetski now, we have been fixing it up and getting it ready to take out this summer, hopefully! Austin's gears in his head are always turning and he is always thinking about how to make stuff better. The past couple of nights we have been working on the jetski out in the garage. The jetski had these stickers on the sides so we have been outlining the words with a razor blade and then peeling off the rest of the sticker. We have finished one side completely and it looks so good! Cannot wait until summer!!!!
