Happy Halloween!!

This is our LAST Halloween with out Macey! I cannot wait to dress her up next year!!!! We will have 6 cousins next year.... Macey, Baby Macey, Baby Anthony, Colby, Jayci and Jackson! Hopefully we will get to take lots of cute pictures of them all!

I added the picture of Cat woman and Batman. They came to visit us! Don't they look super cute (minus the picture being sideways...)!

39 weeks

It is crazy that I have lasted all the way until her due date (almost). I have three more days until the due date. It is finally all getting to me. I am so tired all day long, my back hurts, my feet hurt.... it sure makes it hard to get last minute errands out of the way before our sweet baby gets here! I think... think I am ready! My parents and in laws have been such a BIG help the last couple of days helping up get the nursery ready!!!! It actually looks like a nursery!!!! Yay!!! I will be uploading all those pictures later tonight or in the morning!!! Look forward to that!

World Series

Well, I was hoping to give a good report on the Rangers winning... but sadly they did not. The game last night was sad.... the night before, WOW, what a game. The best baseball game I have ever watched. Just wish we had won that game and the whole thing, but oh well! It was a good season for the Rangers and I hope we can do good again next year and actually win a WORLD SERIES!!!! I guess I will be boxing up our Ranger shirts until next baseball season... Haha yeah right! We will still be wearing them with pride. Better luck next year Rangers!!!!

Attention...

A certain little white puppy dog knows something is up. You can tell with all the attention she has been seeking. Here is a picture of her getting a little love from her daddy while watching game 6 of the World Series. I hope my next post is about the Rangers winning the World Series!

Oh and P.S. I am typing this post from my phone... so awesome!!! Just downloaded the app to do that. Just wish I could read other people's blobs from it too. Oh well! Still way cool!

And yes I know today I am 39 weeks, and just posted about 38 weeks! I will be putting my 39 week picture up soon, I am still a little behind : /

38 Weeks

The time to deliver this baby is quickly approaching!!! I got the phone call this morning that I will go into labor and delivery on Wednesday night at 6 to start some medicine to get me ready for labor. Then on Thursday (Nov. 3) which is Macey's actual due date, we will start getting ready to deliver the baby!! So sometime on Thursday she will be here. Cannot believe it!!!!

Last time I went to the doctor, this past Tuesday, I was finally a little dialated! Almost to a 1, haha she gave me the benefit of the doubt and put a 1, which it wasn't a full 1... Oh well, I'll take something, its better than nothing!!!! Miss Macey is getting ready to greet the world!!!!

Also, in other news, WE GOT NEW CARPET IN HER NURSERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They came today and put in a brand new pad and new carpet! I cannot WAIT to get the nursery done now! Let the fun begin... and just in time! It is going to be hard to not want to fix it up tonight, but hello, the RANGERS are playing and HOPEFULLY winning the World Series tonight!!!!! We will see what happens. Austin doesn't have any time off between now and the baby coming, so it will probably take us a few days, but it WILL be done by the time she gets here!!!!

Again, everything is coming together and we are getting ready to have a baby!!! Lets do this!!

Nursery Update

I would post pictures of the Nursery, but it would be a bunch of pictures of an empty room with a box fan on the floor. If you don't know, we had a water leak when we were out of town at our friends wedding. We didn't even notice it until the day after we got home, we could smell mildew. We had carpet guys come out TWICE to spray some enzyme treatment on the carpet which was SUPPOSED to get rid of the smell and any kind of mildew or mold that was growing. Well here we are two weeks later, and it STILL smells like mildew. We are having the owner come to the house tomorrow to check it out and hopefully come up with a solution to our problem because HELLO I have a baby on the way, and not just on the way, coming any day now! I think they are just going to have to replace the entire room, carpet and pad. It is one thing to me if this was in a bedroom... I don't think we would make it such a big deal, but the fact that it will be in Macey's nursery makes it a huge deal to us!!! She doesn't need to be exposed to the smell and if there is any mold under the carpet! They are crazy to not be taking it as that big of a deal. Mindboggling.... So to wrap things up...... hopefully they will get the carpet taken care of TOMORROW and we can get the nursery DONE this week!!!!!!!!! Fingers Crossed :)

Austin the Soccer Player

Here is Austin playing soccer a couple of Friday nights ago. (I think that is him third from the left) He is on a league that one of his customers runs. It was so much fun to be out there watching him doing something he loves so much!!! He actually did a good job for not playing full field soccer in years! If you remember he playing in Pflugerville for a good amount of time when we still lived in Georgetown, but it was on a small field with a tiny goal! His team was supposed to play last Friday at 9, soo late, but it got cancelled because his teamates had another game to play in Dallas. His team only has two more games, and I cannot wait to watch them! Good Luck!!

What the Brent's have been up to...

Well hello again my blog family! So sorry I haven't been around. I have been having internet problems, but today must be my lucky day! It is working and I have all these wonderful pictures that FINALLY uploaded!!! I hope you enjoy!!

I will start with my doctors visits. I have had TWO since I last blogged; lame I know. It's been a while since I was this far behind! I feel like a slacker! Anyways.... I wasn't dialated at the first appointment, two Wednesdays ago, and I again wasn't dialated at all this last Wednesday when I went again. But this is good and bad news. My doctor wants me to be a little dialated when I go into labor because it will make it easier for me since it is my first baby. So I was slightly dissapointed when she said I wasn't at all. But for the good part.... my doctor is out of town for the next TWO WEEKS so I don't want to go into labor because she won't be there!!! I most likely will call and schedule to be induced on November 2, 3, or 4th. Cannot believe those dates are RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER! So crazy, scary, amazing, and every other emotion you can have!!! I am definitely super excited and super nervous as the day comes closer and closer.

I have packed my bag for the hospital, it is all ready to go! I hope I have everything I need in there, if you have any suggestions, let me know!!!! I also packed Macey's diaper bag full of things I am sure I don't need! My friend Avery told me that they provide lots of stuff for her, but I want to have some things JUST IN CASE!!! Do I sound like a mother yet???

I can't think of anything else, so I guess it is picture time!!!!

I feel like I could just bust, but I know Miss Macey isn't quite ready to come out yet! I have good days and bad days... Yesterday was a great day. I spent the day shopping in Salado with all the Macey girls and did good! Today I am paying for it with being super tired and feet that hurt!!! It is well worth it... cannot wait to hold my baby girl! Glad to be back with you guys!!! I will HOPEFULLY not get that behind again!

36 Weeks

I told someone today that I am finally really feeling pregnant, and it is basically over!!! Crazy how things work out! I cannot believe that I am so close to holding my baby girl in my arms!!!! 36 weeks down, 4 to go!!!!! Unbelievable...

I go Wednesday to have a sonogram where they will measure Miss Macey to determine how big she will get when I deliver, whenever that may be!!! I definitely hope they tell me no 10 pound baby like I was! I don't know if I could handle that. But from the looks of things, my body that is, I do not think there is a monster baby in there. I think she will be pretty normal sized.

Macey is loving her new house and cannot wait for her room to be done. I am working hard to get all her stuff washed and clean and ready for her to get here. We hope to have the nursery done on by Tuesday. I will post pictures as soon as we get done! Cannot wait :) :) :)

I guess that is all I have to share, I will be able to post more this coming Thursday when I will be 37 weeks, AKA FULL TERM, and after I go to the dr. Look forward to that!!!

Macey's Baby Shower

I had the most WONDERFUL baby shower on September 17th. Macey is so blessed to have so many great people around her. She got some of the cutest outfits ever!! She also got lots of blankets, shoes, stroller, car seat, swing and so much more!!! All we need now is her!!! We are ready for your arrival Miss Macey, or I think we are at least : /

Like I said, it was a great shower and there were so many people that came to show their love for this little human that isn't even in the world yet, she is in for a surprise!!!! My hostesses, Auntie Marilyn, Auntie Lisa, Sister Jordan, and Sister in Law Lynnsay, worked really hard to make this a great time for me, and they did a perfect job! I cannot thank them enough!!!! Love you girls!

35 Weeks

Today is exactly ONE MONTH until Miss Macey's due date!!!! I cannot believe it is already this close to being time for her to be in the world! It is just mindboggling! The past couple of days, I have been completely exhausted! I feel like I just can't get enough sleep. I sleep late, and end up taking a couple of naps during the day and I still just feel tired!!!! I am just glad I have an excuse to take naps and sleep late, Thanks Macey :)

I also need to announce.. which I think I already did one, but Macey will be having TWO cousins being born about 6 months after her!!!! My sister in law Lynnsay is pregnant and due on my birthday!!! And then, my cousin Mary Beth is pregnant and due at the end of May sometime!!!!!! I cannot wait for their two sweet babies!!! So many new babies in our family... and it is going to be so much fun!!!!!

I also need to mention, this weeks picture is the first of not too many :) that will be taken in our NEW HOUSE!!! I was so excited when it came time to take this weeks picture in our new house, so fun!! We love it so much and are slowly getting it unpacked. We are finishing working on the kitchen, then its off to Macey's room to get everything put together and set up for our sweet girl's arrival!!!!

I am also going to be taking my MATERNITY pictures, by Lynnsay Macey, either this week or next!!! Cannot wait to see the fun stuff we will come up with. I know she has great ideas, and I have a few up my sleeve too!!!

P.S. Mary Beth mentioned once upon a week that she was excited to see how my shirt would be fitting at 40 weeks.... it is already pretty snug, so I hope it makes it until 40 weeks :)
