Working Woman...

I hope the title doesn't throw you off... I am not really a working woman, but I am about to start some work. I have applied to do an after school program for children, K through 5th grade. They have a long list of activities that they can do between 2 and 6pm which is when I will be there. I am really excited to start something and working with kids will hopefully get me ready for a someday teaching job. We will see how it goes. I haven't heard anything back yet, but I think I am overqualified, so MAYBE they will give me a chance.....

ALSO, my other job, that is only 3 days worth, starts on February 6th. It is just three saturdays out of February and I will be selling jewlery, candles, flipflops... and things along those lines. We will be at a stock show or rodeo in San Antonio for those three Saturdays. I am working with a lady that is friends with the Rileys/Devenports and I know she is a great lady. They wouldn't lead me the wrong way. I will be working with KK for two of the saturdays and one with Arielle. I am really excited to work with Arielle because we have lost touch, not completely, and I am ready to be able to talk to her more. I am also excited to work with KK and learn more about her.

I will be giving updates as the WORKING WOMAN does her job! Austin will be so proud....

Gwynn Loves Mia!

Everytime I take Mia over to the Devenport's house, Gwynn and Mia enjoy playing the whole time!!! She loves to push her in a stroller and watch movies with her. Here are some pictures of the last time we were over there. Of course I had to join in on the fun too!!!

Busy Busy Bee!

I feel like I have been so busy these past few days/weeks. I have been working out and drinking more water, and I feel so much better during the day! I haven't uploaded any of my pictures and I have been meaning to.

Sunday we are going to a birthday party for Shane and I cannot wait. We are having fajita's, queso, FOOTBALL, and ice cream (of course...). It will only be a few people, but I'm thinking it will still be a good time!

Wow, I am so lame. Hopefully some fun stuff will be happening soon, so I will have more to write! I have a couple of maybe jobs that I will be starting; I will be updating on this very soon!

COWBOYS!!!!!!!!!

So I am sitting here watching the COWBOYS play some good ball.... It's been a wierd game. Cowboys playing good.... Lots of bad calls..... Eagles losing BAD!!!! But good for us! Go Boys! Witten, who is my favorite, has had a rough game. At least 3 penalties on him, and just not doing well at all!!!!!!!! Kind of makes me sad.... But on another happy note.. I got a Cowboy shirt yesterday at Academy and I am totally wearing it.... :)

We have been spending lots of time with our "NEW" friends. They aren't really new friends... I have know Avery since I was in middle school.. and Shane since they have been dating.. and Gwynn, well since she was born.... We had lunch today, watched the football game the other night together, Ave helped me organize my house, and we had dinner at their house a few weeks ago. It has been fun getting to know them more and for me, it is nice to have a girl friend around again. Not that I don't LOVE spending time with Austin, because I DO!!! But it's nice having a girl around!

Gwynn is so cute.... She has really become attached to me, AND I LOVE IT! She loves Mia and wants to see her all the time. She cant stop talking about her. Her and Avery came over the other day and she just wanted to hold Mia and play with her. She carried her around the house and it was the cutest thing in the world! I got a cute picture of Gwynn and Mia. I will post it later!

TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is finally Lynnsay's Christmas shower! I have been waiting a long time for this and can't wait to see how it turns out tomorrow. I hope she gets lots of cute things... which I know she will! It will be good to see everyone. Since the holidays I haven't seen the family..... After seeing them so much in December, it's different to not see them all the time!! Miss you family!

The new year so far!

Well... its been 5 days of 2010 so far, and its going great! Austin didn't get much time off for New Years.... We just spend time with each other. I have been busy planning my future sister in law's wedding/Christmas shower that is on SUNDAY!!!!! I cannot wait to see all the cute stuff she gets!

Yesterday, I spend the day with a girl I have pretty much know since middle school. She is the sister of my friend Arielle. We met for lunch and then just kept hanging out! We ended up going to Target and walking around and then going back to their house where she cooked... and I watched! Her name is Avery and she has a little girl Gwynn that is going to be 3 in August. Gwynn is the cutest thing ever! She is so fun! Anyways.... So after Avery cooked lots of food, we took it up to Ausitn at Sherwin Williams. I hope they enjoy all the yummy treats! It is so nice to have a GIRL frind that is close and I can hang out with!!! We have had lots of fun and we are hanging out again on Wednesday! She is going ot help me organize my house a little......

I also got to eat lunch with another good friend of mine. Paige Clark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was soo good to see her and catch up a little. We met at Cheddars in Pflugerville and it was yummy..... A fond memory of our times in College Station......

WOW, I cannot wait to see what this year brings.... If it is anything like the past few days, its going to be AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
