Snow Day 2010

I cannot believe how much it snowed yesterday!!!! It was so much fun. Mia and I played in it all day long... And I have all the pictures to prove it. I won't share them all, you would be so bored. They are all on FACEBOOK though if you are dying to see how much fun I had!! Here ya go, ENJOY!!!!

No more RODEO!

So I am officially done working at the Rodeo and Stock Show in San Antonio. I had a great time, but I am glad to not be driving back and forth anymore! Here is a picture of my pass I had to use to get in...... bittersweet!!! I will miss it!

The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo

Wow! It has been a crazy working month. I only have one more day of working and it is Saturday! It has been a great experience for me!

I have worked two Mondays and two Saturdays so far. I usually spend some of the money I make, but I have been making pretty good money!!! I have been running a booth at the Stock Show and Rodeo in San Antonio at the Freeman Colliseum, not by myself of course! On the two Saturdays I was with the lady who sells all the jewlery and candles. Her name is Karen. She is a great person and I learn so much from her. She is friends with the Rileys! On the two Mondays I worked with Arielle! It has been great spending so much time with her!!! It is like we are in HS again..... so fun!

I was so surprised to see people that I knew while working.... I saw my cousin Jarrett, cousin Tammy, Jessica Conway from A&M, another girl that was in some of my classes at A&M, Christina from A&M...... I think I got them all!!!!

I work again this Saturday and it should be my last day!!!! :)

Valentines Day 2010

I had a great Valentines Day with my Valentine! I was exhausted so we slept late.... I had worked on Saturday and still catching up on my rest! Once we woke up, we got ready and headed for lunch. We had to go by the store to pick up Austin's new garage door opener from the lady who owns our house. We went to a little mexican food place by the store and had a delicious, and FRUSTRATING lunch. We had HORRIBLE service and was making us mad, but the food was so good! After lunch, we headed to Walmart to get Austin som medicine, he wasnt feeling well! After Walmart we headed to the outlet mall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For Valentines day, he let me go shopping. I ended up getting two pairs of jeans and a new pair of boots!!!! When we got home, I gave him his present. I got him two packs of Reeces hearts! He has already finished off one whole package!!!!

Needless to say, it was the BEST VALENTINES DAY EVER! I love my hubby!

Super Bowl 2010

I cannot belive that the Super Bowl has come and gone already!!! It fell in between my two working days so it came and went with the blink of an eye! We had a good time though! Austin's parent had come in for the day and we got our taxes done!!! Thank goodness...... Our friends Avery and Shane with Gwynn of course also came over when the game started! We definitely had a party going on for the first half of the game. At halftime, the in-laws left to get driving home, and the Devenports left to get Gwynn in bed! We watched the rest of the game just Austin and me.... Arielle was coming to pick me up so we could drive to San Antonio to spend the night for work on Monday and it was perfect timing.... the game ended and she was at the house! It was perfect! I had been talking about leaving for the night all week, but for some reason when Arielle texted me and said she was in Temple, it hit me all of a sudden and I didn't want to leave Austin and I got really sad!!!! I was ready to get home last night to my hubby and sleep in our bed!!!

Whew.. I'm tired just thinking of how busy I have been! Glad I get a little break this week!

Who knew working would be so hard!!!

Wow, I have worked two of my three days in February at the Rodeo and Stock Show in San Antonio. I never knew that I could get so tired and sore from running a booth! Although it was a long two days, I had a really good time both days. I was there with the lady that runs the booth on Saturday and we were super busy and sold lots of stuff.... I was there again yesterday with Arielle and it was a MUCH SLOWER day, but fun to spend some time with Arielle!

I have my last day working for her in San Antonio this Saturday! I hope it will be a good day and hopefully more busy then yesterday! It can get pretty hectic!

Haircut

Yesterday, our little baby puppy got a haircut! It is our third time to attempt at cutting her hair and I think we FINALLY got a hang of it. It doesn't look that bad! She actually looks really funny with her hair so short; she has the longest legs ever! She looks like a horse or something!!! Anyways, we love her and think she looks great!!!! Enjoy the pics.
