I am going to start this post with two things..
1.. Sorry the pictures are out of order...
2.. Easter was an absolute blast! I love my family so much...
We definitely had a fun filled Easter. It started out with light conversations followed by a tour of mom and dad's new house. On our way back to the bunkhouse, we picked flowers and grass for our Easter nests. I loved being bad and picking bluebonnets :) Once we finished our nests, we loaded all the kids up for a hayride to get them away so the moms could hide eggs and fill the Easter nests with goodies! Jackson was too cute, he stayed back because of blisters on his feet... he came around the corner, ran back to grab my hand, took me over to the nest and as he giggled he said "look, the Easter bunny came"... it was too precious!! Once the kids got back, we hunted eggs (even Macey hunted) and looked at all the stuff in our nests! I cannot wait until Macey can walk around and collect eggs and goodies! But I sure enjoyed doing it this year!!!
After all of that, it was finally time to eat. We were being pressed for time because of the rain. Everyone kept checking thier phones at the radar and they knew it was coming our way! Once dinner was done and everyone was headed out, the rain came! We didn't get too much, but it was perfect!
Thanks Mom and Dad for a wonderful place to enjoy Easter!!! Next year, maybe we will be up at the house!!!
